Merryhills is a mixed use development which restores community use to its site with a ground floor health centre and extra care flats above.

 

The flats are designed to Lifetime Homes standards and to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3. It is a modern, sustainable development, offering to elderly residents a contemporary alternative to the low-quality pastiche and suburban blandness which predominates in this part of Enfield.

 

It is a dark timber clad building with a green roof, located in a leafy

area close to the green belt and is designed as a curving form set among new birch trees.
